Technical Leadership & Architecturen
Define and own system design, architecture, and technology choices for scalable, resilient platforms.n
Drive adoption of microservices, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native patterns.n
Ensure systems meet performance, security, and compliance requirements.n
AI-Led Development & Practicesn
Champion AI-first engineering by embedding AI-led development workflows, AI copilots,



and automation in the SDLC.n
Identify opportunities to integrate AI/ML in product features and engineering processes.n
Team Mentorship & Guidancen
Mentor engineers in backend (Python, Node.js or Java / Spring Boot), frontend (Angular / React, Flutter or React Native), and full-stack development.n
Review code, designs, and solutions to ensure best practices in scalability, performance, and security.n
Promote solid DevOps, CI/CD, and testing practices across teams.n
Cloud & Infrastructuren
Provide guidance on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code.n
Oversee deployment pipelines and ensure smooth release management.n
Security & Governancen
Enforce secure coding practices, data privacy, and compliance standards.n
Anticipate risks, set up monitoring and observability frameworks.n
