NThe Lead Developer establishes data architecture requirements by analyzing enterprise-wide information needs to design large-scale, high-performance data systems. This role provides technical leadership and oversight for the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of robust data solutions.

System Architecture: Designs end-to-end data architectures including software, cloud infrastructure, and data pipelines to support current and future enterprise requirements. N
Technical Leadership: Oversees a complete development team, providing daily supervision, mentoring on software engineering design, and guiding project execution. N
Compliance & Standards: Ensures all data systems comply with corporate IT architecture standards, data governance policies, and security frameworks. N
Workflow Optimization: Evaluates work flows,



data organization, and project planning analytically to implement corrective actions and optimize system performance. N
Project Delivery: Provides regular status updates and reporting metrics to program leadership to guarantee on-time and on-budget delivery of multiple work streams. N
