nAbout the Role
nGlobal Student Centre is looking for dynamic and motivated UK Overseas Education Counselors to join our growing team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have experience in student counselling, UK university admissions, and converting student enquiries into successful applications.
nThis is a full-time office-based role suited for individuals who are target-driven, professional, and passionate about international education.
nKey Responsibilities

Counsel students regarding UK education opportunities, universities, courses, visa process, and career pathwaysn
Handle student enquiries through calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and emailn
Assess student profiles and guide them on suitable universities and coursesn
Assist students with application documentation and admissions processn
Coordinate with universities and internal admissions teams for application updatesn




Follow up with prospective students to achieve enrolment targetsn
Maintain accurate records in CRM and student databasesn
Support students throughout the application and visa journeyn
Participate in student recruitment activities, seminars, and events when requiredn

nRequirements

n
Minimum 1–3 years experience in overseas education counselling (UK market preferred)n
Robust communication and interpersonal skillsn
Valuable understanding of UK universities, admissions, and visa proceduresn
Ability to work under targets and deadlinesn
Qualified attitude and robust follow-up skillsn
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systemsn
Bachelor's degree preferredn
