NAbout the Role
nWeare seeking an experienced Network Engineer / Network Lead (L2+) to manage and support enterprise network infrastructure across multi-site settings. The role involves providing advanced network operations support, incident management, troubleshooting, monitoring, change implementation, stakeholder coordination, and governance activities for LAN, WAN, WLAN, Security, SD-WAN, and Cloud connectivity environments.
NThe ideal candidate should possess solid hands-on expertise in routing, switching, wireless, network security, enterprise troubleshooting, network monitoring, and ITSM-driven service delivery.

nNetwork Operations & Support

Provide L2/L2+ operational support for Enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, Internet, VPN, Firewall, Proxy, Load Balancers, DNS/DHCP, Routing, Switching,



and Remote Access environments. N
Manage network incidents from identification through resolution while ensuring SLA compliance. N
Act as an escalation point for Service Desk, NOC, and Operations teams. N
Perform advanced troubleshooting of: N
Routing and Switching issues N
Latency and Packet Lossissues N
Bandwidth congestion N
Link flappingn
Internet and WAN connectivity issues N
Wireless and VPN connectivity issues N
