Job responsibilities
Lead and manage the System Administration / L2 Support team, ensuring smooth day-to-day

operations and SLA adherence.
Handle L2 escalations related to Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP,
Microsoft 365, networking, virtualization, and endpoints.
Monitor team performance, ticket queues, response/resolution TATs and service quality.
Allocate tickets and tasks within the team and ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
Monitor server health, uptime, capacity,



patching and system performance.
Manage and troubleshoot VMware, OpenStack, or Hyper-V environments.
Oversee Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Coordinate with L1, L3, Security, Network, and other technical teams for complex issues.
Review major incidents, conduct RCA, and ensure preventive actions are implemented.
Maintain SOPs, knowledge base, documentation, and shift handover processes.
Support 24×7 operations and manage rotational shifts/on-call requirements.
Provide regular operational reports and updates to management.

Required Skills
Robust hands-on experience in Windows/Linux System Administration.
Valuable knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLAN and Firewall.
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
Hands-on experience with VMware, OpenStack, or Hyper-V.
Knowledge of RMM/monitoring tool
