Work directly with founders on high-priority business initiatives. N
Take projects from problem identification to execution. N
Conduct market, competitor, and customer research. N
Analyze data and develop actionable insights. N
Build presentations, reports, and business recommendations. N
Support initiatives across strategy, growth, marketing, and operations. N




Coordinate with teams to drive execution and remove bottlenecks. N
Identify process gaps and help build better systems and processes. N
Take ownership of ad-hoc business problems and special projects. N

nWhat We're LookingFor

0–3 years of experience in a startup, consulting, strategy, operations, growth, or similar role is preferred. N
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking. N
Ability to structure ambiguous problems and figure out solutions independently. N
