Moneyview is looking for a CA Industrial Trainee to join its Business Finance team. The role will provide exposure to financial analysis, business performance evaluation, cost optimisation and cross-functional finance initiatives. The candidate will work closely with various business teams and support data-driven decision-making, process improvement and automation initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities

Perform variance and trend analysis across key financial and business metrics.

Analyze financial and operational data to identify performance trends, exceptions and areas requiring attention.

Support cost optimization initiatives through detailed analysis and tracking of relevant cost drivers.
n
Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide relevant financial insights.
n
Assist in preparing periodic business and financial analyses for internal stakeholders.
n
Identify prospects for process improvement and automation within existing finance workflows.
n
Use Excel, Power BI and GenAI tools to improve the efficiency and quality of financial analysis and reporting.
n
Support ad hoc business finance projects and analyses based on organizational requirements.

Eligibility and Skills
n
n
Article ship experience with a Big Four firm is preferred.
n
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
n
Valuable working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
n
Familiarity with Power BI and GenAI tools.
n
Ability to work with large datasets and communicate financial insights clearly.
