Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Execution
Own the execution of brand strategy for the India market in alignment with global brand guidelines.
Develop annual brand plans, including sales forecasts, marketing calendars, and launch plans.

Sales & Business Performance
Own and deliver agreed sales, revenue, and profitability targets for the brand.
Pitch the brand and products to new and potential business partners, opening doors for new relationships on behalf of the sales team.
Work closely with the sales team to drive distribution, channel performance, and key-account growth.

Reporting & Analytics
Work with the MIS team to finalise forecasts and purchase orders.
Monitor brand performance using sales data, market share, and campaign metrics.
Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for internal management and global partners.

Marketing & Communication
Partner with the sales team to plan and execute ATL, BTL, and trade marketing initiatives.
Drive demand generation among young mothers through relevant, insight-led campaigns.




Track marketing spend and ROI to ensure effective budget utilisation.
Analyse market trends, competition, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.

Desired Candidate ProfileExperience & Skills
4–8 years of experience in brand management or business development; prior experience in baby care, personal care, or mother & child categories preferred.
Solid understanding of sales-led business management and go-to-market execution.
Experience working with international brands or principals is a robust advantage.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Education MBA or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Sales, or Business Manage
