KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

People & Organisation
Develop and strengthen HR systems, processes and policies across the institution.
Work with leadership to define organisation structures, roles, responsibilities and reporting relationships.
Drive manpower planning and talent acquisition across academic and non-academic functions.
Build a robust talent pipeline for critical and leadership positions.

Talent & Performance
Establish structured recruitment,



onboarding and employee engagement processes.
Strengthen performance management, KRAs and appraisal systems.
Identify capability gaps and coordinate faculty/staff development initiatives.
Develop mechanisms for employee recognition, retention and succession planning.

Culture & Employee Experience
Build a qualified, collaborative and accountable institutional culture.
Improve employee communication and engagement.
Establish effective grievance-resolution and employee-support mechanisms.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and performance.

HR Operations
Ensure effective HR documentation, records and compliance.
Work closely with administration and leadership on workforce-related matters.
Introduce HR dashboards and data-driven decision-making.
