We are looking for an experienced and hardworking South Indian Cook to join our kitchen team. The candidate should be skilled in preparing authentic South Indian dishes while maintaining valuable taste, hygiene, and consistency.

Responsibilities

Prepare South Indian dishes such as Idli, Dosa, Vada, Uttapam, Sambar, Rasam, Chutneys, Upma, Pongal, and Fried Idli.

Prepare and maintain dosa/idli batter properly.

Maintain consistent taste, quality, and presentation.

Handle kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.

Manage ingredient preparation and minimize food wastage.

Follow standard recipes and portion sizes.

Maintain proper storage of food and ingredients.

Coordinate with other kitchen staff during busy hours.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
