About the Role

You will counsel senior working specialists on their
DBA / PhD / doctorate education
journey and drive the
end-to-end sales cycle
from lead engagement to final enrollment—while maintaining accurate records in the CRM.

Key Responsibilities

1)
Consultative Counseling & Admission Guidance
Counsel working professionals for
DBA / PhD / Doctorate-level programs
Understand candidate academic background, career goals, and eligibility fit
Explain program structure,
university partnerships
, eligibility, fees, and career outcomes

2)
Lead Handling & Full Sales Cycle
Handle leads and conduct detailed consultations
Guide candidates step-by-step through admission requirements
Drive conversions from lead engagement to




final enrollment
Handle objections and propose suitable solutions

3)
Follow-ups, Targets & CRM
Conduct regular follow-ups for lead nurturing
Maintain accurate lead and interaction/conversion records in \
CRM

Achieve monthly
enrollment and revenue targets
Stay updated with
industry trends
and doctorate program offerings

Desired Candidate Profile

Relevant Experience (Preferred)
Prior experience in selling
DBA / PhD / Doctorate / premium higher education programs
