Job Responsibilities :
Maintain Electrical system in working condition to serve its intended purpose and to minimize downtime for Electrical Equipments. Take charge of Lead Maintenance as and when required for facilitating achievement of incident free production.
Execute Maintenance Philosophy: Plan, schedule and execute 3P maintenance for Electrical systems loaded in SAP; Prepare, revise and amend Electrical task lists periodically; Assist Lead Maintenance in day to day activities in order to improve the reliability and availability of system equipment at Platform
Emergency Handling: Handle emergencies in Electrical System, troubleshoot and minimize the down time; carry out periodic checks of emergency equipment to ascertain its functionality; assist OIM/ Lead maintenance during emergencies
Statutory Compliance: Comply with statutory and legal legislations applicable to electrical system; implement recommendations of external audits; carry out checks as per British Safety Council and rectify defects
Material Management: Identify requirement of spares on need,
raise PR; review the technical specification; prepare scope of work for vendor services related to electrical systems; create reservation in SAP
HSE Compliance: Prepare/ give inputs for preparation of Risk Assessment / JSA for Critical Maintenance Activities; Implement/ Execute/Support approved MOCs related to Electrical systems
Job Accountabilities
In house studies for various concepts, options for Electrical systems for the project
Basic engineering like preparation of conceptual single line diagrams, layouts, functional specifications, scope definition documents,
Compliance to statutory requirements
Budget preparation
Engineering interface management, inter-disciplinary co-ordination for various packages and equipment.
Coordinate complete procurement cycle from vendor qualification, MR, TBE, TR, vendor document review, manufacturing, FAT and SAT
