About the Role

We are looking for a strategic growth driver to lead our webinars function end-to-end, from content planning and speaker onboarding to registrations, engagement, and revenue. Webinars are among our most visible learner touchpoints, and this role sits within the Product Marketing team at the intersection of content, sales, social media, and product.

Your first big charter is to scale Build-a-thons, our hands-on live workshop format, from a successful recent experiment into a repeatable, high-volume channel that delivers quality leads and measurable revenue growth.

You will lead and mentor a lean team, bring the webinar point of view into leadership meetings and business discussions, and operate with full ownership, autonomy, and the reach of a brand like Simplilearn behind you.

What You Will Own
Build-a-thon scale-up:
own the roadmap for our hands-on workshop format, from topic selection and speaker curation to run of show, and grow it into a consistent driver of quality leads and enrollments
End-to-end webinar strategy and execution:
themes, formats, calendar,



target personas, and GTM plans across programs and university and industry partners
Audience building:
drive targeted registrations with support from our CRM, paid, and social teams
Revenue focus:
turn interest into inquiries and course enrollments in partnership with our sales team, with transparent accountability for lead quality, not just volume
Data and storytelling:
work closely with CRM, copy, and product marketing to translate complex topics into sharp, digestible narratives and to analyze performance data
Speaker curation and preparation:
train your team to scout, onboard, and prepare internal and external speakers, including hands-on facilitators for workshop formats
User experience:
optimize the pre, during, and post-webinar journeys to maximize attendance and conversions with support from our Copy and CRM teams
Experiment and scale the performance engine:
test current formats (
