Job Summary:

We are looking for an E-Commerce & Social Media Executive to manage online sales platforms and strengthen the company’s social media presence. The role involves managing e-commerce operations, creating and coordinating social media content, engaging with customers, and monitoring online performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms and online stores.
Upload and update product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory.
Monitor orders, deliveries, returns, and customer queries.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfilment.
Plan and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
Create and schedule posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
Monitor social media engagement, reach, followers, and campaign performance.
Respond to customer comments, messages, and online enquiries.
Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and online offers.
Track competitors,



market trends, and customer preferences.
Prepare regular reports on e-commerce sales and social media performance.
Coordinate with designers, photographers, influencers, and agencies when required.

Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, social media, digital marketing, or a related role.
Valuable knowledge of social media platforms and e-commerce operations.
Basic understanding of digital marketing and online advertising.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Creative approach to content and promotions.
Knowledge of tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms is an advantage.
Ability to analyse basic sales and social media metrics.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
