Platform Development & Configuration
n
Design and implement ServiceNow solutions using best practices across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and SecOps modules.
n
Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, client/server scripts, and notifications.
n
Customize Service Portal and CMS components for enhanced user experience.
n
Perform instance management, update set promotion, and release coordination.
n
Configure and support Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management modules.
n
Integrate ITSM processes with CMDB and Service Catalog.
n
Implement SLA definitions, escalation rules, and reporting dashboards.
n
Configure MID Servers,



credentials, probes, and sensors for Discovery.
n
Build and maintain energetic and static Service Maps to support CMDB accuracy and change impact analysis.
n
Integrate with monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Splunk) for Event Management and proactive incident response.
n
Develop custom patterns, scripts, and integrations using IntegrationHub and Service Graph Connectors.
n
Implement and maintain Hardware and Software Asset Management modules.
n
Ensure accurate lifecycle tracking, reconciliation, and compliance reporting.
n
Configure and support Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response modules.
n
Integrate with external vulnerability scanners (e.g., Qualys, Tenable) and SIEM tools.
n
Automate threat intelligence workflows and remediation processes.
