SAP S/4HANA Transformation – Production Planning / Quality Management Consultant
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
SAP S/4HANA PP / QM Consultant
to support
end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation and implementation projects
. The consultant will work under the guidance of a Module Lead or Solution Architect and contribute to configuration, testing, data migration support, and post–go-live stabilization of
Production Planning (PP)
and
Quality Management (QM)
processes.

This role focuses on
hands-on functional delivery
across manufacturing and quality processes, aligned with SAP S/4HANA best practices and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
SAP PP & QM Configuration
Configure and support SAP S/4HANA PP processes including:
Master Data (Material Master, BOM, Work Centers, Routings)
Demand Management and MRP
Production Orders and Process Orders
Capacity Planning and Production Execution
Configure and support SAP S/4HANA QM processes including:
Inspection Planning and Inspection Types




Quality Notifications and Defect Management
Usage Decisions and Results Recording
Quality Certificates and Batch Management (where applicable)

S/4HANA Transformation Support
Support ECC to S/4HANA conversions or greenfield implementations.
Apply S/4HANA manufacturing and quality simplifications and innovations.
Assist in Fit-to-Standard (F2S) workshops and requirement clarification.

Integration & Cross-Module Collaboration
Work closely with MM, WM/EWM, SD, PM, and FI/CO teams to ensure seamless integration.
Support integration across Procure-to-Produce and Plan-to-Produce processes.
Coordinate with technical teams (ABAP, interfaces) for RICEFW objects impacting PP/QM.

Testing & Data Migration
Prepare and execute unit testing and SIT test cases for PP and QM scenarios.
Support UAT, defect resolution, and business user clarification.
Assist with data migration validation for manufacturing and quality master data and open transac
