Roles & Responsibilities

Own lender portfolio strategy, commercial economics, revenue, and portfolio growth.
n
Lead strategic relationships with CBO/BH and senior stakeholders across banks, HFCs and NBFCs.
n
Drive lender empanelment, commercial negotiations, pricing, and risk management.
n
Own portfolio analytics including revenue, TAT, approval rates, conversion and AOP vs. actuals.
n
Drive market intelligence and use competitive benchmarks to strengthen commercial outcomes.
n
Lead lender integrations, API/LOS/LMS partnerships, and platform adoption with Product & Tech.
n
Own BD Operations including revenue management, verifications, payouts, schemes, SLAs and receivables.
n
Lead Banking Alliances and Ops teams, including org design, hiring, coaching and performance management.
n
Drive cross-functional execution across Business, Sales, Operations, Product and Technology.
