Siddvin RLT, a retail real estate leasing consultancy based in Guwahati, is hiring a Social Media & Content Manager to lead our in-house content team.

We run four Instagram channels, a YouTube channel, a LinkedIn presence, a podcast, and a Dubai real estate advisory vertical.

You will own all of it — strategy, calendar, scripting and performance — and will build and lead a team of a video editor, videographer and graphic designer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and own the monthly content calendar across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and podcast
Write reel scripts, hooks and captions in Hinglish and English
Plan and coordinate video shoots and batch production days
Produce the company podcast from planning to published clips
Brief, review and manage video editors and graphic designers
Track content performance and report weekly to management
Coordinate with the sales team so enquiries from content are followed up

REQUIREMENTS
4+ years of experience in social media, content marketing or digital content production




Proven experience growing an Instagram or YouTube channel
Excellent writing skills in Hinglish and English
Experience briefing or managing video editors and designers
Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and content analytics
Comfortable with field shoots and travel within Northeast India
Graduate in any discipline; marketing or mass communication preferred
Basic video editing knowledge (Premiere Pro / CapCut) is an advantage
