Key Responsibilities:
Supervise teaching and non-teaching staff.
Monitor academic performance and teaching quality.
Maintain student discipline, safety, and wellbeing.
Coordinate examinations, events, and school activities.
Handle parent communication and student concerns.
Ensure implementation of school policies and procedures.
Assist the Principal in day-to-day administration and decision-making.
Ensure school policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements are followed.
Maintain appropriate records and documentation.
Qualification & Experience:
Master's Degree with B.Ed. preferred.
8–12 years of school experience, including leadership/administrative experience.
Robust communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in a recognized school/CBSE/ICSE/IB/ Board institution as applicable.
