Role Description The Enterprise Sales Manager – B2B / SaaS / FinTech is a full-time, in office role based in Thane. This position is responsible for driving enterprise-level sales of the company’s digital payment and SaaS solutions to B2B clients, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing the full sales cycle. We are looking for Enterprise Sales Managers / Senior Business Development Managers who can acquire high-value B2B and enterprise customers.This is a pure hunting + revenue ownership role.
You will not be hired simply to make calls, follow up on company leads or maintain existing relationships.
You will be expected to:
Research → Prospect → Connect → Discover → Pitch → Negotiate → Close → Activate → Generate Revenue → Cross-Sell
The ideal candidate should be able to independently create opportunities and take ownership of the complete sales cycle
