Contract Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate service-level agreements (SLAs) and pricing with external contractors. N
Compliance & Safety: Ensure all in office workers follow local safety regulations, building codes, and property privacy rules. N
Budget Tracking: Monitor maintenance spending, approve vendor invoices, and track contract renewals or terminations. N
Site Supervision: Coordinate routine property inspections and oversee active repair or remodeling projects on the bungalow grounds. N

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering. N
Experience: 7 to 10 years of experience in contract administration, vendor management, or residential property oversight. N
Skills: Solid negotiation, local building compliance knowledge, budget tracking, and explicit communication. N
