Define and enforce standards for XDM schemas, identity namespaces, and data modeling to ensure a unified customer profile.
Manage the end-to-end platform setup process, including sandbox lifecycle management (development, staging, and production).
Establish best practices for data governance, including data usage labeling (DULE), privacy policies, and consent management.
Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination:
Act as the lead point of contact for Adobe, coordinating product roadmaps, attending technical reviews, and managing support tickets or qualified services engagements.
Collaborate with Marketing, IT, and Data Engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
