Bachelor's degree in process engineering or industrial process control.
n
10+ years of APC experience in Oil & Gas, refining, or petrochemical industry.
n
Strong hands-on experience with APC platforms (e.g., Aspen) and DCS (Honeywell, Yokogawa, Schneider, Emerson).
n
Proven ability to work with operations, DCS & instrumentation maintenance, and engineering teams.
n
Offshore certifications may be required (Medical, BOSIET OPITO).

Experience with both refining and upstream processes.

Proficient with upstream and offshore operations, including deep water.

Develop and maintain APC roadmap for assigned sites.
n
Oversee, monitor, and sustain APC applications in run mode.
n
Track and improve APC performance and advantages.
n
Coordinate with site teams on APC troubleshooting and daily management.
n
Collaborate with production teams on tuning, operational changes, and shutdown/start-up planning.
n
Ensure measurement reliability impacting APC.
n
Apply APC standards and best practices across sites.
n
Coach and mentor engineers.
n
Support deployment of recent APC projects.
n
