Key Responsibilities:

Administer, monitor, and maintain the IBM FileNet ECM Platform.
n
Perform installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and setting maintenance activities.
n
Manage users, groups, roles, and access permissions across the FileNet setting.
n
Monitor system health, performance, and repository availability.
n
Troubleshoot platform, application, and content repository issues.
n
Handle incidents, service requests, and problem management activities within agreed SLAs.
n
Coordinate with OEM/vendor support teams for issue resolution and escalation.
n
Perform backup, recovery, and preventive maintenance activities as per FMS scope.
n
Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and operational standards.
n
Prepare technical documentation, operational reports, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
