We're hiring Accounts Executives to join our growing Mumbai team, working on live UK client accounts using cloud accounting platforms and AI-assisted workflows.

This isn't a typical outsourcing or data-entry role. You'll work on real UK client accounts, communicate directly with clients, and take ownership of your work from an early stage — with a transparent route beyond routine bookkeeping into management reporting, compliance and advisory work.

No prior UK experience is required. We train on UK standards and processes from the ground up.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

One of the following qualifications:
CA Inter (IPCC) cleared, or CA Finalist
Semi-qualified CA with completed articleship
CMA (ICMAI) Inter or Finalist
ACCA Finalist or Affiliate
B.Com, M.Com, BAF, BMS or BBI with some practical bookkeeping experience
MBA (Finance) with an accounting background

And personally
Clear written and spoken English — you'll deal directly with UK clients
Proactive, curious and detail-oriented
Eager to learn quickly and take responsibility
Genuine interest in AI and modern accounting technology

Working knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks or Xero is an advantage.





WHAT YOU'LL DO
Day-to-day bookkeeping across a portfolio of UK clients
Bank and control account reconciliations
Assist with management accounts and month-end close
Prepare VAT returns and support statutory filings
Support UK company accounting and compliance work
Communicate directly with international clients
Work in cloud accounting systems with AI-enabled workflows

WORK ARRANGEMENT
Location: Mumbai (Hybrid)
Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST — UK-aligned working hours
5-day work week (Monday to Friday)
Immediate joiners or candidates currently serving notice period preferred
CTC: as per industry standards, based on qualification and experience
