Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Area Sales Specialist / Channel Sales Manager role . The role involves managing and expanding channel partner networks, including distributors, dealers, and key retail partners in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, driving product penetration, and implementing sales strategies aligned with Neoterra’s climate tech solutions. The specialist will conduct regular market visits,



build strong relationships with channel partners, support them with product training and pricing guidance, and ensure adherence to company policies. Daily tasks also include monitoring sales performance, addressing customer and partner queries, coordinating with internal teams for supply and marketing support, and preparing periodic sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications
Robust Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with channel partners and end customers.
Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, preferably in consumer durables, Split Air Conditioners, or related sectors.
Ability to conduct sessions for distributors, dealers on product features and USP
Solid relationship-building and territory management capabilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Comfort with on-site fieldwork, frequent market visits, and data-driven decision making using sales analytics and reporting tools.
