The Assistant Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, safety, and overall efficiency of company facilities. The role ensures a secure, functional, and well-maintained work workplace by effectively managing facility services, vendor relationships, budgets, compliance requirements, and facility-related projects.
The ideal candidate should possess a Degree or Diploma in Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years of experience in the IT sector. Candidates with a strong background in facility operations, preventive maintenance, vendor management, and workplace services will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage building operations, maintenance,
and repairs.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Supervise Technical team,housekeeping, security, and other facility service providers.
Coordinate preventive maintenance programs for equipment and infrastructure.
Respond to facility emergencies and implement corrective actions.
Monitor utilities and drive cost-saving and sustainability initiatives.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
