We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Techno-Commercial Manager Dairy Nutrition to drive technical and commercial activities across the dairy segment for North/South India.

The ideal candidate should possess solid technical knowledge of dairy nutrition along with excellent business development, customer relationship, and team management skills.

This role involves working closely with dairy farmers, channel partners, distributors, and key customers to expand the company's presence across North/South India.

Role & responsibilities :
Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales and revenue targets for the Dairy segment.
Drive product sales through farm visits, technical presentations, customer meetings, demonstrations, seminars and workshops.
Provide technical guidance and nutritional solutions related to dairy nutrition, feed additives and farm management.
Identify and develop recent business opportunities and strategic/key accounts.
Build and maintain relationships with dairy farms, cooperatives, veterinarians, nutritionists, consultants,



distributors and channel partners.
Conduct product demonstrations, technical workshops and customer/sales team training programs.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs and identify business opportunities.
Lead, mentor and support the sales team to improve technical capability and business performance.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Technical Services and Product Management teams for effective execution.
Prepare sales forecasts, business reports and market intelligence for management.
Ensure achievement of sales targets while maintaining robust customer relationships and satisfaction.
Travel extensively across North and South India for customer visits, business development and technical activities.

Education :

Bachelor's / Master's degree in:
BVSc & AH / Veterinary Science
Dairy Science
