nKey Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end application and service transition programs.n
Develop and execute transition strategies, plans, and governance frameworks.n
Manage transition timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and resources.n
Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure business readiness throughout the transition lifecycle.n
Plan and oversee knowledge transfer, operational readiness, stabilization, and hypercare activities.n
Collaborate with delivery, operations, and business teams to ensure successful transition execution.n
Support RFP/RFI responses by developing transition approaches, solution plans, effort estimates, and governance models.n
Monitor transition progress, resolve issues proactively, and provide regular executive status reporting.n
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, SLAs, and quality processes.n
