Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the architectural design process for various projects from concept to completion.
n
This role involves collaborating with team of Architects, structural engg, MEP engg, Landscape architects, etc to ensure that projects meet specifications, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
n
The ideal candidate will have 6 years of experience in architectural design, solid project management skills, and a passion for creative and sustainable design.
n
Coordinating with Marketing and Sales team both internal and external.
n
Coordinate with site team.
n
RERA related coordination with team. Project Management:
n
Assist in managing architectural design projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Accuracy is significant too.
n
Coordinate with project stakeholders, to ensure project requirements are met. Design Development:
n
Lead the development of design concepts and detailed designs for architectural projects.
n
Review and refine architectural drawings, models,



and specifications to ensure accuracy and quality.
n
Integrate sustainable design principles into projects. Regulatory Compliance:
n
Ensure that all designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant standards.
n
Prepare and submit necessary documentation for permits and approvals. Quality Assurance:
n
Conduct regular design reviews and quality checks to maintain high standards of design excellence.
n
Address any design-related issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle. Innovation and Trends:
n
Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in architectural design.
n
Implement innovative solutions and materials to enhance project outcomes.
n

Desired qualifications

B.Arch or B.Tech / BE (Civil)

n

Desired experience

n

5+ years of experience with at least 4 years experience in the Architecture Function within the Real Estate industry
