About the Role

We're looking for agile subject matter experts to join our content faculty team and create high-quality academic content across CBSE and competitive exam tracks. This role is ideal for educators who combine strong subject knowledge with creative thinking to make learning engaging for students.

11th & 12th CBSE
11th & 12th JEE, JEE Dropper
11th & 12th NEET, NEET Dropper

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop academic content (notes, modules, question banks, DPPs) aligned to CBSE and JEE/NEET syllabi
Break down complex concepts into straightforward, engaging formats for students
Collaborate with subject leads to maintain content quality and consistency
Continuously innovate on content formats — visual aids, mnemonics, real-world examples
Review and refine content based on student feedback and performance data




Stay updated with the latest CBSE/JEE/NEET exam patterns and trends

Who We're Looking For
Strong command over the subject (Physics/Chemistry/Maths/Biology or relevant CBSE subjects)
Any level of experience welcome, as long as subject expertise and content quality are strong
Proficiency in canva, figma, microsoft like tools will be a plus.
Strong ability to make educational content engaging and easy to follow through voice-only delivery, without relying on a live instructor.
Creative and structured thinker, comfortable simplifying difficult topics
Passion for teaching/content creation, not just subject mastery
Prior teaching, content writing, or tutoring experience is required

Qualification
B.Sc/M.Sc/B.Tech/B.Ed or equivalent in relevant subject
Solid academic record preferred
