Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer with solid expertise in Google Cloud Vertex AI Model Development. The candidate will troubleshoot critical business applications, support AI/ML solutions, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure application reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities
Independently troubleshoot and resolve application/AI-related issues.
Work as an SME and actively contribute to technical discussions.
Support deployment, monitoring, and management of ML models.
Analyze system issues and implement effective solutions.
Document processes, solutions, and technical knowledge.
Continuously learn and adopt emerging AI technologies.
