Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented
Sales & Business Development Executive
to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate recent business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Connect with potential clients and understand their business requirements.
Present company services and solutions to prospective clients.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication throughout the sales cycle.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct market research to identify recent opportunities and potential customer segments.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and sales activities.




Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related role.
Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Target-oriented, proactive, and confident personality.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
