Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Manager to lead the sales team and drive business growth across the South Zone. The role involves team management, market expansion, customer development, and regular travel across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the field sales team to achieve business goals.
Plan and monitor daily field activities and customer visits.
Set sales targets and ensure timely achievement by the team.
Develop recent customers, dealers, and business opportunities across the South Zone.
Conduct regular market visits and identify new areas for business growth.
Build and maintain robust relationships with key customers and channel partners.
Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance and support.
Track sales reports, market trends, competitor activities, and business performance.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service and order execution.
Be willing to travel extensively across South India as required.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Team Leading / Field Sales Team Management.
Experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, Dealer Sales, Distribution, or Business Development preferred.
Strong team management and leadership skills.
Positive communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
Strong understanding of sales processes and market development.
Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
Willingness to travel extensively across the South Zone is mandatory.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
