Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies, test scenarios, test cases, and test plans for Salesforce applications.
Perform functional, integration, regression, system, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing.
Test Salesforce applications across Net Zero Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, workflows, business processes, and integrations.
Test Salesforce components including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Validation Rules, APIs, and Security Model.
Perform testing of integrations involving REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and external enterprise applications.
Validate data migration, bulk data uploads, data transformations, and data reconciliation.
Identify, document, track, and manage defects using Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools.
Collaborate with developers, Salesforce administrators, business analysts, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve defects and ensure quality.




Develop and maintain automated regression test suites where applicable.
Participate in test planning, defect triage, release validation, and production support activities.
Ensure testing follows defined quality standards and Salesforce best practices.
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, automation, and testing methodologies.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills
5+ years of experience in Salesforce Quality Engineering / Testing
Robust hands-on experience with:
Salesforce Net Zero Cloud
Sales Cloud
Service Cloud
Experience Cloud
Solid understanding of the Salesforce Platform and architecture
Experience testing Apex, LWC, Flows, Validation Rules, APIs, and integrations
Robust experience in Functional, SIT, Regression, UAT, and End-to-End Testing
Experience with Salesforce data migration and data validation
Experience testing
