Key Responsibilities

Visit around 15–20 customers/market points daily*, including retailers, dealers, masons, carpenters, contractors, applicators and construction sites.

Explain the product, its uses and perks* to retailers and professionals and generate product demand.

Ensure Asian Paints adhesive products are available and properly displayed* at retail shops.

Maintain regular relationships with existing retailers and dealers* and support their monthly sales.

Identify and add recent retailers* in the assigned territory.

Check distributor stock/inventory* and ensure product availability in the market.

Visit the market regularly to understand competitor products, pricing, offers and activities* and share updates with the company.

Build relationships with carpenters and other influencers* and enroll eligible carpenters in the company's loyalty program.

Work towards achieving monthly sales targets*.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
