Bell Boy cum Valet Parking – Duties & Responsibilities

* Welcome and assist guests with a warm and courteous attitude.

* Handle guest luggage during arrival, departure, and room transfers.

* Escort guests to their rooms and explain basic hotel facilities.

* Receive, tag, store, and safely deliver guest luggage.

* Operate the valet parking service efficiently and professionally.

* Receive guest vehicles, issue parking/valet tickets, and park vehicles safely.

* Retrieve and deliver vehicles promptly when requested by guests.

* Maintain proper records of vehicles received and returned.

* Check vehicles for visible damage before parking and report any discrepancies.

* Ensure vehicle keys are securely handled and stored.





* Assist guests with taxis, transportation, and other travel requirements.

* Maintain cleanliness and proper appearance of the entrance, lobby, and valet area.

* Coordinate with Front Office, Security, Housekeeping, and Concierge departments.

* Handle guest belongings and vehicles responsibly and maintain guest privacy.

* Report any vehicle damage, accident, lost property, or unusual incident immediately.

* Follow all hotel safety, security, grooming, and service standards.

* Perform other duties assigned by the Front Office Manager or Duty Manager.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
