nWe are looking for enthusiastic Chess Coaches who can inspire young learners, build strategic thinking skills, and make every class exciting.

nKey Responsibilities

Conduct live online Chess classes for children aged 5–15 years.
n
Teach Chess fundamentals as well as advanced strategies based on the curriculum.
n
Create an engaging and interactive learning environment.
n
Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and sportsmanship.
n
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
n
Ensure high levels of student participation and retention.
n
Maintain professionalism and punctuality for all scheduled classes.
n

nEligibility

n

n
Solid knowledge of Chess fundamentals and strategy.
n
Prior experience teaching Chess to children (online or offline) is preferred.
n
FIDE rating, tournament experience, or Chess certifications will be an added advantage.




n
Excellent communication skills in English.
n
Passion for teaching young learners.
n
Comfortable using Zoom/Google Meet and online teaching tools.
n

Laptop/Desktop with webcam.
n
Stable broadband internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps recommended).

Good quality headset with microphone.
n
Quiet, well-lit teaching environment.

nWorking Hours

Versatile Part time Hours.

Weekend availability is preferred.
n
Minimum commitment of 15–20 teaching hours per week.
