Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter who will be responsible for marketing consultants on bench, identifying suitable client/vendor requirements, and generating interview and placement opportunities in the US staffing market.

Key Responsibilities
Market and promote consultants available on bench to potential clients and vendors.
Search and identify suitable job requirements through job portals, vendor networks, LinkedIn, and other sources.
Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts with vendors and clients.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors, implementation partners, and clients.
Submit qualified consultants to relevant job requirements and coordinate the submission process.
Follow up on submissions, interviews, feedback, and placements.
Maintain and update consultant profiles, availability, rates, and marketing information.




Coordinate with recruiters and consultants to ensure timely submission and interview preparation.
Track daily submissions, interviews, closures, and placement status.
Develop and maintain a strong vendor/client database.
Ensure accurate documentation and timely communication throughout the recruitment cycle.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Bench Sales / US Staffing.
Good understanding of the US staffing and recruitment process.
Solid knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn, and vendor management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment databases.
Comfortable working in the US shift.
