We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Manager to lead sales and business-development activities for

interior design, construction, and related services. The role will be responsible for generating and converting high-quality

leads, managing key client relationships, driving revenue, and guiding the sales team toward monthly and quarterly targets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage sales activities for residential and commercial interior design, construction, and related projects.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Generate current business through market visits, referrals, networking, digital platforms, partnerships, and existing client

relationships.
Identify and develop relationships with high-value residential, commercial, corporate, and institutional clients.
Handle client meetings, understand project requirements, and present suitable interior/design and project solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to quotation, negotiation, closure,



and handover.
Conduct and coordinate site visits, client presentations, quotations, and commercial discussions.
Negotiate pricing, scope, and commercial terms while protecting project profitability.
Build and maintain solid relationships with key clients, architects, builders, contractors, real-estate professionals, and

referral partners.
Monitor sales pipeline, lead status, follow-ups, conversions, and revenue forecasts.
Track team performance and support junior sales executives in lead generation, follow-up, negotiation, and closures.
Coordinate closely with design, estimation, project, and execution teams to ensure smooth client communication and

project handover.
Identify market trends, competitor activities, and current business opportunities to strengthen the sales pipeline.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
