About the Role

D’LIFE Home Interiors is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Assistant Client Manager – Sales to join our Navi Mumbai team. The role involves lead management, client relationship building, sales conversion, follow-ups, and coordination with designers and internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
Handle new enquiries and respond to leads promptly.
Make outbound calls and follow up with active, inactive, and cold leads.
Understand customer requirements and generate sales opportunities.
Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Prepare preliminary estimates and coordinate with designers.
Follow up for token, part, and final payments.
Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM/database.
Coordinate with designers and internal teams for smooth project execution.




Achieve daily calling and monthly sales targets.
Ensure excellent customer experience and collect client feedback.

Candidate Profile
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust sales, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Customer-oriented and target-driven.
Confident in making outbound calls.
Positive organizational and relationship-management skills.
Basic MS Office/CRM knowledge is an advantage.
Experience in interiors, real estate, furniture, home improvement, or B2C sales is preferred.
