Key Roles & Responsibilities
Review HVAC drawings, BOQ, specifications, and project requirements before execution.
Supervise installation activities of HVAC systems including ducting, piping, equipment installation, insulation, and supports.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other agencies for smooth project execution.
Monitor site progress and ensure work completion as per approved drawings and project schedule.
Conduct quantity verification and prepare material requisitions based on site requirements.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, approved method statements, and safety procedures.
Monitor subcontractors and manpower productivity at site.
Participate in testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
Maintain daily progress reports, work records, and site documentation.




Identify and resolve technical and execution-related issues at site.
Ensure proper coordination with electrical, civil, and other MEP services.
Support preparation of billing quantities and project close-out documents.

Required Skills
Knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, chilled water piping, ventilation, and testing & commissioning.
Understanding of drawings, BOQ, and project specifications.
Familiarity with site execution practices and quality standards.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of project documentation and reporting.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office preferred.
