About the Role

We are looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist who will be the first point of contact for recent and existing clients. The candidate will be responsible for explaining the RegisterKaro app, assisting clients with the onboarding process, resolving their queries, and ensuring a smooth and positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities
Explain the RegisterKaro app, features, and services to clients.
Guide clients through the complete onboarding process, including app setup and documentation.
Handle client queries through calls, chat, and email professionally and promptly.
Assist clients with issues related to the app, accounts, and services.
Follow up with clients to ensure successful onboarding.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
Coordinate with relevant internal teams to resolve client concerns.




Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and service quality.
Build positive relationships with clients and provide timely support.

Requirements
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Good verbal and written communication.
Friendly, patient, and solution-oriented approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
Good interpersonal and client-handling skills.
Prior experience in customer support, client handling, onboarding, or telecalling is an advantage but not mandatory.
Freshers with positive communication skills are welcome to apply.
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
