We are hiring Executive assistant - Operation for Mnaufacturing company. Position - Executive Assistant Experience - 3 to 7 yrs Salary - 30k to 40k CTC Location - Noida sector 5 : 1. Handle and coordinate day to day operations activities.
Coordinate with Production, sales, Accounts, Purchase, Dispatch and other department.
Track assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
Follow up on pending activities and provide regular status updates.
Prepare daily/ weekly reports.
Coordinate meeting, schedules, appointment.
Support management in monitoring operational activities.
