O365 / Microsoft 365 support including Outlook, Teams and OneDrive.
Video Conferencing Support – troubleshooting audio, video and meeting room issues.
Active Directory – current user ID creation/deletion, password reset and account unlock.
Handle VIP Support with quick response and effective issue resolution.
Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals and basic network issues.
Manage incidents through ITSM tools and ensure SLA adherence.
Coordinate with L3 teams/vendors for complex issues.
Skills: Windows, O365, Active Directory, Video Conferencing, L2 Desktop Support, VIP Support, ITSM & basic networking.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
