Key Responsibilities

 Identify and acquire new APs, sub-brokers and channel partners.

 Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective APs.

 Drive partner onboarding, client migration and business activation.

 Understand and effectively communicate revenue-sharing and commercial structures.

 Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing partner support.

 Achieve defined AP acquisition, activation and revenue targets.

Candidate Profile

 3–6 years of experience in stockbroking, capital markets or financial services.

 Prior experience in AP / Franchise Acquisition, Channel Sales or Business Development.

 Strong existing network of APs, sub-brokers,



financial intermediaries or wealth specialists in Kolkata / Eastern India.

 Robust communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

 Proven ability to acquire and develop productive business relationships.

 Experience with an established stockbroking firm will be an added advantage.

Key Requirement An existing industry network and the ability to bring meaningful, productive AP relationships
