nRoles and Responsibilities:





n∙In Depth knowledge of overall DFT concepts including Analog IP block testing.

n∙Extensive experience in DFT Insertion which includes SCAN, MBIST, BSCAN,

nIJTAG.

n∙Well versed with RTL level or Netlist level Insertion (Block level/Top level).

n∙ATPG Coverage Analysis and improvement.

n∙Hands on experience in DFT verification.

n∙Productive debugging skills, Excellent problem-solving skills.

n∙Knowledge of equivalence check and RTL lint tool (like spyglass).

n∙Ability to do multi-tasking & work on several high priority designs in parallel.

n∙Positive communication skills and ability to work with cross functional teams.

n∙Working Experience with ATE Pattern Development and ATE support

nLocation : Bangalore and Pune

nQualifications and Skill set

n∙BE/BS degree (Masters preferred) in Electrical/Electronics/VLSI Engineering with

n10+ years of relevant DFT experience

n∙Robust fundamentals in DFT

n∙Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

n∙Excellent Leadership quality to technically mentor and lead a team of DFT engineers.
