Key Responsibilities: -

● Responsible for all National and Regional Up-to-date Trade chains

● Individually lead all Direct National and Regional Modern Trade Accounts through direct engagement with category teams.

● Coordinate efforts with RSM teams and ensure execution and visibility success across Indirect National and Regional Modern Trade Accounts

● Lead JBP discussions and closures with each Modern Trade account

● Take ownership of data analysis towards ensuring overall growth, key category growth and successful launch of Current Product Launches

● Design the team structure for the Modern Trade business over the next 6 months and 12 months and actively lead the hiring efforts.

● Take ownership of opening recent accounts with a specific focus on regional chains, beauty & wellness chains, pharma chains.

● Set up the merchandising infra to ensure successful visibility roll-out, compliance with product placement and planogram templates across each Up-to-date Trade store

Qualifications and Experience:

● Any Graduate/ Postgraduate

● Candidate should be from Beauty Industry

● Should have handled Up-to-date Trade at National Level

● 6 - 10 Years of Experience
