About the Role:

Job Title: Full-Stack Developer with Kotlin, React & Flutter

Location: Pune

Mode of Work: Hybrid 3 Days Onsite per week

Required Experience Level: above 9 years mandatory

Description:

We are looking for a versatile Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team.

Key Responsibilities
Design & Develop: Build scalable backend APIs using Kotlin and intuitive,



responsive user interfaces using React for web and Flutter for mobile.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, participating in code reviews to uphold engineering standards.
Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize application performance across web and mobile platforms.

Technical Requirements & Tech Stack:;
Backend: Proficiency in Kotlin (Spring Boot or Ktor preferred) for building robust server-side architecture and RESTful APIs.
Mobile Frontend: Proven experience building cross-platform applications using Flutter and Dart.
Databases & Tools: Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and version control (Git, GitHub/GitLab).
