Role Description The Full Stack Engineer will work on-site in Lucknow in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust, user-friendly web applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining front-end and back-end components, integrating databases and APIs, and ensuring application performance, security, and scalability. The role involves participating in requirement-gathering discussions, implementing clean and maintainable code, performing testing and debugging,



and supporting deployment and ongoing improvements.

The Full Stack

Engineer will also contribute to refining the product architecture, optimizing user experience, and aligning technical solutions with clients’ business goals.

Qualifications
Strong front-end development skills, including experience with HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
Proficiency in back-end web development and software development, using contemporary frameworks and databases.
Hands-on experience in full-stack development, integrating front-end and back-end systems into cohesive applications.
Solid understanding of software engineering principles, including version control, testing, and debugging.
Ability to work closely with non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Experience with responsive design, secure coding practices, and performance optimization.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
